Clinical Terms Of Service
Introduction
These Clinical Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of concierge precision-medicine services by Kassy Wellness, a brand of Kassy Health Company ("we," "us," or "our"), to you ("client," "patient," or "you"). By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms supplement any individual consent forms, treatment agreements, or clinical documentation provided during the course of your care.
1. Scope Of Services

2. Medical Disclaimer
Important: The services provided by Kassy Wellness are not a substitute for emergency medical care, primary care medicine, or specialist treatment of acute medical conditions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Our precision-medicine services are designed to complement, not replace, your existing healthcare relationships. We strongly recommend maintaining a relationship with a primary care physician and informing all of your healthcare providers about the treatments you receive through Kassy Wellness.
The information provided on our website and during consultations is for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on biological factors, adherence to protocols, and overall health status.
3. Informed Consent For Treatments
Prior to initiating any treatment protocol, you will be provided with detailed information regarding:
- The nature and purpose of the proposed treatment
- Expected benefits and potential outcomes
- Known risks, side effects, and possible complications
- Alternative treatment options, including the option of no treatment
- Expected duration and frequency of the treatment protocol
You will be asked to provide written informed consent before any clinical intervention is performed. You have the right to ask questions, request additional information, and withdraw your consent at any time without penalty. Withdrawal of consent for a specific treatment does not affect your eligibility for other services.
4. Patient Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and effectiveness of your care, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical history, including current medications, supplements, and pre-existing conditions
- Disclose any changes in your health status, medications, or symptoms promptly
- Follow treatment protocols as prescribed by your clinical team
- Attend scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice for cancellations
- Inform us of any adverse reactions or unexpected symptoms following treatment
- Maintain open and honest communication with your clinical care team
5. Payment Terms
Individual Services
We offer both a one-time diagnostic tier (Precision Signal) and standalone treatments such as individual IV therapy sessions and diagnostic panels. Current pricing for each is shared transparently at your discovery consultation, matched to the path that fits you, and quoted in full before you commit.
Protocol Programs
The Precision Reset and other structured protocol programs operate on a five-month cycle. Program scope and pricing are customized based on the complexity of your biological architecture, the scope of diagnostics required, and the specific interventions included in your treatment plan — and are shared with you in full at your discovery consultation, with no surprises after you enroll.
Payment Policies
- Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment plans
- Protocol program fees may be structured in installments as outlined in your individual service agreement
- Our services are typically not covered by insurance. We can provide detailed invoices and superbills for you to submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement
- All fees are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
6. Cancellation And Rescheduling Policy
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. The following cancellation policies apply:
- Standard appointments: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee
- In-home concierge visits: Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling due to the additional logistics involved. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled visit
- No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled service
- Protocol programs: Refund eligibility for protocol programs is governed by the terms of your individual service agreement. Generally, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable
We understand that emergencies arise. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a reasonable resolution.
7. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
- Kassy Wellness, its officers, directors, employees, and clinical providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, treatment results, or diagnostic findings. All medical treatments carry inherent risks, and individual results will vary

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Florida Medical Practice Act.
8. HIPAA And Confidentiality

12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
