What people actually ask before they call.
I've already had a comprehensive physical. What will you measure that my physician didn't?
The standard physical is calibrated to detect disease. We're calibrated to detect suboptimal function — the chapter before disease. That includes the cortisol-to-DHEA ratio (rarely computed), full hormonal architecture against optimal ranges, metabolic and inflammatory signaling, methylation and micronutrient status, and the biomarkers most predictive of recovery, cognition, and longevity. Your physician was answering a different question. We're answering yours.
Do you offer mobile or at-home IV therapy in Orlando?
Yes. Our IV nutrient therapy is physician-supervised, PA-administered, and delivered to your home or office across Greater Orlando and Winter Park. But IV therapy is a tool inside a diagnostic-led program — not a standalone drip. We recommend formulations based on what your biomarker panel actually shows you're deficient in, rather than a fixed menu.
Do you offer testosterone therapy (TRT) or hormone therapy?
Yes — hormone optimization for both women and men is a core protocol module, including bioidentical hormone therapy and testosterone optimization. The difference is that we prescribe from a comprehensive diagnostic read calibrated to optimal ranges, under physician direction, and calibrate it monthly against your response — not from a single number against a disease cutoff.
How much does it cost?
We share current pricing during your discovery consultation, where we can match it to the path that actually fits you. There are two entry points — Precision Signal, a one-time diagnostic read, and The Precision Reset, a five-month physician-led program. Both are quoted transparently and in full before you commit, with no surprise charges.
Is this insurance-covered?
Precision medicine of this depth — physician-led, in-home, delivered against optimal ranges rather than disease cutoffs — sits outside what insurance currently reimburses. That's a structural fact, not a positioning choice. We tell you the full investment upfront at your consultation. There are no surprise charges.
How is this different from a longevity clinic or an IV bar?
A longevity clinic typically requires you to come to them. An IV bar is a wellness service, not a clinical practice. Kassy Wellness is physician-led, PA-administered, comes to you, and is built around comprehensive precision diagnostics — not a single therapy. The therapy menu (IV nutrient, peptide protocols, hormone optimization, PRP, regenerative) is the tool kit. The diagnostic-led, longitudinal program is the actual product.
Where do you practice?
Greater Orlando and Winter Park — home, office, or your location of preference. Future geographies will be announced as the practice expands.
What's the difference between Signal and Reset?
Signal is a one-time diagnostic read — a comprehensive panel, a physician-led results consultation, and a written report. Reset is the flagship five-month program: two lab panels, five monthly follow-ups, ongoing protocol design, an OURA ring, a concierge app, and a peptide and longevity strategy. Signal answers "what's actually happening?" Reset answers "now run the project with me." Pricing for each is shared at your discovery consultation.
What is the "Founder Cohort"?
The Precision Reset is opening to a founding cohort during launch — a limited enrollment window for the first clients into the program. Details are covered at your discovery consultation.
Can I do Reset without doing Signal first?
Yes. Many buyers come in with prior testing and enroll directly. The discovery consultation is the right place to make that call.
What is the OURA ring for?
It's part of the Precision Reset program. The ring tracks sleep, recovery, and heart-rate variability in real time and syncs to your dashboard. Your data — not a generic baseline — calibrates the protocol.
What is the Kassy Wellness concierge app?
It's your single point of contact with the care team — secure messaging, appointment scheduling, lab result storage, health tracking, protocol access, educational resources, and your personalized nutrition plan, all in one place. Provided to Reset clients as part of the program. Powered by Practice Better, the HIPAA-compliant clinical platform our team runs on.
What is the Precision Health Score?
A brief, physician-designed assessment. Eight to twelve questions, two minutes. It maps your symptom pattern against the biology we measure and tells you which door is right for where you are now.
Do you treat men, or only women?
Both. Her Path and His Path are parallel programs built on the same diagnostic-led model, calibrated to female and male physiology respectively. Many couples enroll together — particularly when one is in perimenopause and the other in andropause.
Will my partner or spouse be enrolled?
Reset includes a Family Health Review Session as a bonus — a dedicated session for your partner or household. For full partner enrollment in a parallel Reset program, we offer preferred pricing, discussed at your consultation. Many couples enroll together, particularly when one is in perimenopause and the other in andropause — the conversation goes better when both are doing the work.
Who oversees the medical care?
Care is directed by the Kassy Medical Board and delivered by a physician-supervised, PA-administered medical team. White papers and content are attributed to the Kassy Wellness Medical Team under the Board's medical direction.
Are outcomes guaranteed?
No. Precision medicine is a process, not a promise. What we guarantee is rigor: a comprehensive read, an interpretation calibrated to optimal ranges, a protocol matched to your data, and the willingness to tell you honestly if your biology is in a healthier place than you thought.
